Artist's Description
I've started looking at still life photography and trying my hand at a few images. A group I follow on Flickr has a Sunday editing group for those images where photoshop/editing has been taken beyond the 'normal' amount of processing. This image was processed cleanly then for the creative edit part I added a gradient and a filter from Topaz called chalk smudge. I like how the poppy looks like it is on fire, with the warm glow being felt throughout the whole image
